A jewel of the youngest daughter of the family of Hijman and Marianne Naarden: the poetry album from Jansje Naarden which was given to her in December 1937. The first page reads: "This album belongs to me, as long as I hope to live. Jansje is my name, given by my parents. Naarden is my name from fatherly descent. Amsterdam the city where I was born." An envelope with letter, sent to Jansje Naarden by her sister on 28 March 1943. This letter was sent back to sender as undeliverable. Upon arrival of this letter Jansje was already deported to Sobibor. The letter was finally stamped as undeliverable in Assen on 18 April 1943.
