Sara Zwaap-Mannheim lived at 6 Hofmeyrstraat in Amsterdam. Under pressure of the circumstances she took her own life some day between 17 and 31 May 1943.

Sara is een dochter van Manus Manheim (Haarlem, 23 januari 1855) en Clara Jacobs (A'dam, 19 december 1861 - A'dam, 7 oktober 1925). Ze trouwde 22 maart 1916 met Simon Zwaap (23 jaar, geboren in Amsterdam), zoon van Alexander Zwaap en Margaretha Polak.
