Ludwig Rosenthal was a very close friend of of my cousin Siegfried Fritz Simonstein. Ludwig's parents were Samuel and Betty Rosenthal, née Ascher. According to his birth record, Ludwig was born at 17:30 h in the afternoon in the house of his parents at Zeughausstrasse 6, in Schneidemühl, Germany.
