Hartog Swart, a merchant, was the fifth child of Marcus Swart and Betje van Beezem. He was unmarried. His last address prior to his deportation is listed as 14 Christiaan de Wetstraat in Amsterdam. A copy remains of Hartog Swart's birth certificate.
