Hennie Engelander zat in 1938 in de 5e klas van de 6e Montessorischool aan de Niersstraat in Amsterdam. Er is toen een klassefoto gemaakt, die nog steeds in het bezit is van haar hartsvriendin Estella. Deze foto is van die klassefoto gekopieerd.
