Mijn opa Israel Zwaaf, geboren amsterdam 22 01 1889 en omgebracht te auschwitz op 17 09 1942, was eigenaar van de zuuri leggerij genaamd "i.zwaaf hollandsche zuurinleggerij" en was gevestig in amsterdam aan de joden houttuinen 66-72. en niet zo als vermeld staat werkzaam bij een zuurinleggerij.
