Jules Carel Polak lived in the Milletstraat 11 in Amsterdam. Together with his father he was deportated to camp Westerbork.

The household of Maurits Polak and Anna Kaas included their son Jules Carel Polak and another child with a spouse, both of whom survived the war. Shortly after their wedding in 1943 the spouse caught scarlet fever, and as a result their deportation was postponed.
