Ernst A. emigrated to Holland in 1938 and managed to smuggle 100,000 Reichsmarks of his money illegally out of Berlin. After the Nazis invaded Holland, he was arrested and sent to Brandenburg Prison, and from there to Auschwitz. He died on 19.01.1943 in Auschwitz, not in 1941 as stated here. See: g…
