Salomon van Arend was a son of Abraham van Arend and Julia van Arend-van Arend. Julia and Abraham had four children. Daughter Henriëtte lived with her mother in The Hague; she was murdered in Auschwitz. Two other siblings of Salomon survived the war. Addition of a visitor of the website
