Is this record correct about Abraham's death

In compiling Abraham's family tree I am presented with a record saying that he passed away in Augsburg, not Auschwitz. Augsburg was the location of Dachau which was near the Messerschmitt Production Facility. I wonder if someone can confirm which location is correct. Perhaps he spent time at both lo…
