Sara le Grand-de Haan survived the Shoah, but she died right after the war ended in Germany. She never saw any of her family members again. The grave of Sara le grand-de Haan can be found at the Dutch Field of Honour in Hamburg-Ohlsdorf. Addition of a visitor of the website
