Als huizen konden spreken is een serie verhalen over de lotgevallen van de huizen in de Plantage. Vanaf eind 19e eeuw verhuisden veel joden die hun omstandigheden wisten te verbeteren vanuit de overbevolkte jodenbuurt naar in dit deel van Amsterdam dat rijk is aan groen en cultuur. De oorlog liet hier in vrijwel elk huis zijn sporen na. Samen met de huidige bewoners zoek ik naar deze verborgen geschiedenis. De serie verschijnt in het Plantage Bulletin, het blad van de Vereniging Vrienden van de Plantage. Zie www.vriendenvandeplantage.nl
