In a Red Cross letter, sent by friends of the family to the father-in-law of Esther (Stella) Stoppelman-Delden who stayed in London during the war, it is already mentioned on 26 June 1943 that Esther was deported. Froukje Saartje Stoppelman was married to Louis Cohen. Two children were born to the couple, Alida and a child who survived the war.
