Gustaaf Barnstijn

Gustaaf Barnstijn is de eerste Leidenaar die in Auschwitz werd vermoord. Hij werd op 22 juni 1942 gearresteerd omdat hij 's avonds laat zonder ster fietste waar dat niet mocht. Een controlerende agent had hem toevallig aangehouden. In januari 1943 werd zijn kind geboren.
