Leyni / Leni (Golda Leah), survived the holocaust, hiding in a house of the van den Berg family, in the Velp (with other members of her family, siblings and others). Liberation, April 1945.
Leyni and her son, Simche (later Shimon) emigrated to Israel in 1948, after the war.. She remarried. She married Baruch (Bernard) Marcus,
Baruch and Lea(h) Markus, had a son: Itzak (Isaac) Markus, born 1949,
Itzchak Markus married Ruth Ateret Shani, they has at least 3 children. Living in Tel Aviv.
The son of Israel and Leah/Leyni, Simche/Shimon did not marry / have a family.
Golda Leah (Leyni/Leni) was born: 11th June 1908 in Tarnow, Poland. She died 11th December 1992 in Israel. and is buried at Holon Cemetery,, Tel Aviv with her second husband, Baruch (Bernard) Marcus, who died on 18 May 1988).
