Selma Simonstein (see: file Sondervermögensverwaltung in Berlin: Kennummer: R/A 433 976) was forced to fill out a 20-pages questionnaire on 15 March 1942 in Berlin. She was "evacuated" with the 15th Transport on 13 June 1942, murdered at Sobibor - 60 years old.
