Edith de Leeuw-Steinmann

Op 25 maart 1943 werden Edith Steinmann en haar man Iwan de Leeuw met tweeënveertig andere Arnhemmers via het Huis van Bewaring naar de strafbarak in Westerbork gedeporteerd. Het waren vooral joden die ondergedoken waren geweest en verraden waren. Zij woonden in de Parkstraat 70.

Volgens opgave nieuwe Joodsche bewoners in Tiel in 1940 (RAR Tiel 7-1182) werd Edith Steinmann 13 december 1940 ingeschreven in Tiel op een adres in de Dr. Kuiperstraat.
