Klara Borstel-Engelsman was brought to Westerbork when she was 102 years old. The historian Abel J. Herzberg questions in his book "Kroniek der jodenvervolging" if this was not a clear sign that the 'Arbeitseinsatz' was just a false pretend for deportation.
